Don’t need modem ordered bought own

I bought my own cable modem and it seems as if Xfinity is charging me for one anyway I do not need one and I would really like the extra hundred dollar charge or $75 charge knocked off

I don’t need anything other than Xfinity service. I got the modem. I got all the cords. I just need the service. For $40 a month I believe

I just need to make sure my service is set up at my new place before I move. I have everything I need. Modem, cables even paiaid first month rent. I was charged $140. When I was only supposed to be charged $40. Lmk if it’s fixed or if there is anything I need to do
