Does Xfinity not send a notification when your Bill is ready to be paid?

I haven’t received any notifications that my bill is ready to pay despite having my email and phone number in the app. The only correspondence I receive are late payment notifications. I just had to pay a late fee alongside my bill because the app never notified me.

Greetings, @user_de3422! Thanks so much for taking a moment out of your busy day to leave a post on our community forum. I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with your bill notification, but you have definitely come to the right place for assistance.

 

When you log into the app, are you able to see your bills and account balance, or does it give you some other details?

 

As far as turning on notification, that part is relatively simple. All you need to do is select the "Account" icon in the top-left corner of the home screen (looks like a little head and shoulders in a circle). From the account screen, you need to select "Account settings", and then "Notification settings". From there, you can set up notifications by text, email, and even push, depending on your communication preferences.
