Disrespectful thieves
I have never ever EVER been so disrespected by a company who is literally stealing my money. First, the usual issue of the bill increasing suddenly and for no reason began in July of 2025. Then, when my husband called to sort out a DIFFERENT overbilling issue, he was overcharged $100 and hung up on. When I called, I was talked to with the highest disrespect I have ever received on a recorded phone call. By two different reps. After fighting with them for 2 hours, they later called back to thank us for being loyal customers witj a $0 balance and then, yet again, just hung up. I’ll be filing complaints with every entity known to man and will be switching to a different company.
