Disputing charges for service not provided prior and post account closure
am writing to formally dispute unauthorized charges on my account. I officially closed my Xfinity account between September 14 and September 18. Despite the account being closed and services no longer being rendered, Xfinity has continued to automatically charge my card.
Additionally, unauthorized charges have continued for mobile services that I never received, as I have been using T-Mobile as my service provider during this time. Because my account is closed, tier-one customer service agents have been unable to resolve this issue due to system permission limitations.
I request that a corporate resolution specialist review my final ledger, issue a full refund to my card on file for all post-cancellation charges, and permanently delete my payment information from your billing system to prevent further unauthorized charges.
Please provide a corporate tracking number for this dispute and confirmation of the refund within 48 hours.

Good morning @user_7h79j8 We’d be happy to take a closer look at your Xfinity residential account to make sure billing stopped in mid-September. We can also help with your Xfinity Mobile concerns by opening a ticket with our Xfinity Mobile Team so they can investigate further.
Although we’re unable to remove stored payment methods from the account directly, the link below provides additional information on how you can manage your stored payment options.

So we can review your account with you, please send us a DM with your full name and address to Xfinity Support.
To send a direct message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click "Direct Message"
Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing, a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it. See the link below for an example
