To whom it may concern on 7/10/2025
I do not agree with a charge on my July 8 bill. Also, I am still waiting for a
wifi XFi Boost pod that was supposed to be delivered to me within 2 business days after 6/13/2025.
I am attaching a transcript of online chats with several live assistant, and PDF files of my bills
for May 8, 2025, for June 8, 2025, and for July 8, 2025.
The transcript shows that Live Assistant Abhisheck on 6/3/2025 offered for a technician to come
to my house to resolve TV connection issues at no cost to me! see page 10 of 30 on the transcript.
Technician came on 6/62025. Bill of July 8 shows that xfinity is charging me $100 for the visit!
I am demanding that xfinity reverse the charge. Thank you.
I will add that on that live Chat Abhishek did not inform me that changing plan would result in
me breaking a one-year 'contract' and a excess charge of ~ $70 because of the change.
The transcript shows on page 25 of 30 that Live assistant Ketan on 6/13 informed me of free Xfi Boost pod
for which he put a work order for delivery within two business days. By the day of today 7/10/2025, i have
yet to receive the pod.
Overall, it is clear to me from many chats that chats with Live Assistant are often inaccurate and at times misleading.
I rate the service as a zero 0 on the scale of 0 (bad) to 10(good).
I am asking that the $100 charge of July 8 be annulled.
Thank you.
