Disputing 4 charges from charges from checking account for $40

I want my $40 back you stole from my checking account. You were only supposed to take $10 for 2 devices NOW WIFI HOTSPOT.  YOU STOLE $40. I want my money now! I will never purchase anything from Xfinity ever again. I will tell people about you. You can't be trusted.
