Dispute a charge
I was charged a service fee for a tech coming out the house when our internet was not performing. He found an outdated piece of Xfinity equipment outside the house and told us we would not be charged. Yet my statement included a $100 "In-Home Service Visit". I contacted support through chat, and they agreed to cancel the charge. That was over two weeks ago, and now I am receiving notifications that my autopayment is about to go through, which still includes the $100 charge and now includes $15.45 in "Taxes, Fees and Other Charges" that have not been on my previous bills.
How do I get these charges taken off of my account? This may be the last straw to finally make us switch to another provider.

Concern moved here to the Billing help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Good afternoon Deomhf84
Thank you for reaching out! Extremely sorry for confusion on the process. Traditionally when there is a situation like this that credit rolls on to your next billing cycle. You would see the credit apply to your next month, that offsets the difference. Auto-pay is a little unique, once it is motion there is no way to modify.
