dispute a charge

Hello,

After looking over my current billing statement I find that I am being charged for a check that supposedly came back returned for wrong bank account number.

The check in question is one that posted and processed in my checking account. I am now being informed that I will be receiving a bill for the return check  unpaid service plus extra fees for not paying what is being asked of me.

Please look at my last statement and help me to understand what I may not be understanding. I recently have been a victim of Identity theft and I did have to close down my bank account number but I opened another with my same bank  that same day so this should not have happened.
