Dishonest
Now with seeing these posts and been lied to about a tv/internet plan that I agreed to that is not being honored, I now realize that I made a huge mistake. Spent almost five hours on the phone with agents “one after another “ and nothing was resolved. Now two out of my three tv boxes have been disabled
