Discount

I received an email stating that if I update my payment method from a credit/debit card to a bank account, I would save $10 per month. So I did this, and now my bill has increased instead of decreased. I was paying $97 and per that email, it should have decreased to $87 but it instead it was increased to $99. What [Edited: "Language"] is going on because that is a  bunch of [Edited: "Language"].

Hello, DarknStormy07. I completely understand. I’d be reaching out too if I received an email like that and suddenly saw my bill go up. Let’s take a closer look at your account and billing together so we can sort out what’s going on. We can also revisit your service needs to make sure you’re getting the best value based on what matters most to you. If you could please send me a [Modmail message](https://www.reddit.com/message/compose?to=/r/Comcast_Xfinity) with your full name and full address. I'd be more than happy to look into this with you.
