Discount on monthly services bill
I am requesting a $24discount on our services bill that is due on 10/26. We were without service for 3days this month and had poor upload, download and pixelated TV service. The discount amount is /day amount times 3.

If so, the best way to request credit would be online on our Support Page. It's a great feature we added to help our customers out when they experience a loss of service due to repairs. We understand the importance of having reliable services and want to be fair in these types of situations. You can sign in with your Xfinity ID, and click the link, "Check eligibility" in the "Tips in case of an interruption" section at the bottom of the page. I hope this helps.
