DIscount on Internet Bill is disappeared

Hello,

 I was getting $30 discount on my Internet bill till July 2022. Now I'm not seeing this discount on my bill for the last 2 months. Please fix this issue and enable the discount again.

It looks like the pricing expired. We have 12 to 24 month promotions on average. Let's take a look into your account together so we can check into any other pricing if available. Can you please private message us your full name and service address? To send the requested information:
  • Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Messaging" icon 
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support"
      there. As you are typing a drop-down list appears.
  • Select "Xfinity Support" from that list. An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it

@XfinityMartinB​ No, Discount was enabled for the added Xfinity Mobile line with my account. I was told that I will be getting this discount with my Internet bill as long as I have my mobile line active. All of sudden this discount was gone afyer the month of August. Please put back my discount.
