Discount for AUTO PAY & PAPERLESS BILLING

​Hello,​

​I've been with xFinity for 10+ years and enrolled in AUTO PAY & PAPERLESS BILLING last year.  An xFinity agent reviewed my account and activated a promotion.  But it seems that promotion has ended.  Can you please check my account and see if the previous promotion can be renewed? If not, are there any other promotions that can be applied to my xFinity Internet account?​

   The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

   Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

   Press Enter to send it

@VS3​ My xFinity bill was reduced. It looks like you have to contact xFinity every year to renew the promotion.
