discount for $40 extra on internet
Called to get my bill lowered and the offer that provide me was 1 mobile line freee for 1 year and I would receive $40 extra off my internet. I had to call for 2 months about my discount. They told me to wait & my bank isn’t going to process an amount recently I was on the phone for 4 hours they transferred me several times everyone says this deal isn’t real basically and I just been getting credited but also I need return from the bank fees removed because they told me to wait I had to set a payment arrangements waiting for them to fix everything they did approve everything last month and now again I’m back calling because and explaining my self over and over these ‘notes’ they taking

@user_7c139u Thanks for adding a post. We can explore the new promotions together. The promotions that add a free mobile line credit the mobile account. Haven't seen any offers that credit both the mobile and home internet accounts for the same amount. It is recommended paying the bill as due, and we will make the proper adjustments when the issue is resolved. Holding payment on services rendered can cause late fees and interruptions. Send us a direct message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the message icon located at the top right of this forums page.
