Disconnected service

Changed plans on april 11 24. Next day, they call saying i need to make a pmt. Made the payment. Following day, they disconnected my service saying another payment was needed. Went and made that payment and they refused to turn service back on. Terrible products. Terrible service. Terrible assistance. Run away fast.

@XfinityThomasD yes please as I no longer have internet at my home. I've been a loyal customer for the past 6 years and this treatment has put an extremely bad taste in my mouth and changed my perception of quality of service received from comcast. It's one thing if I initiated the disconnection. This was not the case, as all I did was update the service plan I had and now I'm at a public library due to no internet service at my home.
