Disconnect service when I paid?

I fell asleep with everything working fine, wake up at 4 am and the app keeps telling me

“You no longer have Xfinity service

To bring your account up to date, make a payment. Then you can sign up for your desired Xfinity services again.“

But then I go to check my bill and it’s 0$ because I paid it a few days ago, then I try and check it again and it says:

“Bill status unavailable

Your billing information may not be available at the moment, or it didn't load as expected. Please check back soon.”

I tried resetting my modem but it nothing changed.

can you explain to me why did I lose service without notice and when I paid?

Concern moved here to the Billing help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

@EG that's funny cuz almost every question I've read so far, the specialist asks customer to DM them.
