Disabled discount

Good evening,

    Do you offer a discount for people with disabilities?  I am suffering from a nerologic disorder that allows me to walk only using a walker, or holding on to something.  I use an electric mobility scooter to get around.  

    I am also a senior citizen (55+, born 06/02/1970).

   I have home internet service and one extra line from Xfinity. 

    Hi how was signed into Xfinity so you probably have the information.  However my contact number is [Personal Info]. 

    Please contact me and let me know what I need to do to use the discount.

To send a direct message, please click on the chat icon in the top-right corner of the screen, and select "Xfinity Support" to initiate a Direct Message. 

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "direct messaging" icon 

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
