I want to add my roommate's name to the billing statement. To do this, how can i get access to the direct message?

Hello, user_im37f5 thank you for reaching out via our Xfinity Community Forums. As the account owner, you can change who can access your account and manage your billing at Xfinity.com. This includes adding your roommate and updating your billing address.  Here is a great article breaking down the process: Manager user Roles and permission on Xfinity accounts. I have added the new user as manager, but how can i add them to current billing statement? Can you please help me?

We are only able to have the account holder's name listed on the billing statement. Are you interested in transferring ownership of the account to your roommate? As long as she is listed as a manager, she would be able to manage billing, make changes to your account and more. This link explains the difference in user roles.
