dire help needed, with billing issues have been given the run around
hello im having issues with my bill, i have been trying since novemeber to get this resolved and i keep getting either the run around or told its going to be fixed only to find out that in fact did not change. i tried reaching out to agents both via text message which i saved the conversation that had a guarentee that my bill would be fixed i even got the retention team supervisor who told me it was going to be fixed. now here we are months later and it still isnt resolved i tried just the other day again via phone and was told a ticket was opened and i would get a call from her boss within 24 hours only to get a text that said ticket closed i originally wanted to get my bill reduced to around $200-$250 as im on fixed income and disabled. i told them i was willing to change my internet speed from 800 to 500 if that would help and they told me that if i added on xfinity mobile service and 2 devices that once the mobile bill generated that it would unlock special pricing promotions that would get my bill lowered. and someone actually increased my internet speed instead when i did not want it increased and now im being charged a partial month on top of my regular bill for it. i need that partial charge of $70 some dollars removed from the statement that is due to be paid in february and my speed backed down to the 800, further i want to keep my tv plan either as is which is ultimate 185 channels or go down to the next tier of 125 channels. i also need to keep my dvr service, amc plus, netflix uhd, apple tv, and my hbo max changed to the 4k plan instead of regular hbo max. and keep peacock premium which i should not be billed for as i had originally added that through xfininty rewards and it did not say it was only for so long so i need the 7.99 charge removed as well but keep the peacock premium cause i got it from xfinity rewards
because the bill i got right now of 392 i cant pay that much and i need help ive been a loyal customer for a decade and always paid in full on time or early actually.
but if we cant get it down to $200-250 then i need to get it back to what i paid last month which was $277
also they had originally promised that my xfinity mobile would also be included with my tv package,internet and my bill would no more than $200-250 for everything. so to recap i need the partial charge of 74 removed from the current statement before i pay it, i need to make sure going fwd that my total bill will be no more then $277 for everything, my cable tv package as is 185 or even the 125 channels, amc plus, netflix uhd, dvr service mgm plus apple tv and hbo max but change the hbo max to the 4k plan instead of basic hbo max and even willing to change the internet either back to the 800 speed or even 500 speed
so if a agent can reach out to me via phone to get this resolved i would appreciate that as its easier to talk then type
i can upload the text message exchange if that helps or i can goto the local store and let them look at the text exchange if you can get them to help me so i know everything is taken care of as i need to swap out that dvr box again as i believe i got a dud cause when i playback dvr recordings they glitch several times during playback and its just not one show or channel its all shows and channels i record that do it. and it does not happen with live tv or on demand or any streaming apps just the dvr recordings
