Didn't receive my bill by mail?

I logged into my account and noticed that my bill hasn’t been paid for two months. I didn’t get my usual mailed bill to remind me of payment due. Was there a change in billing? Are you not sending out bill via mail?

Hello, @familiamercado! You can access the Eco Billing setting in the Xfinity My Account app, https://comca.st/3jDu9na. You are able to turn the option on or off. On would mean digital bills and off would mean paper statements. Please let me know if that fixes things for you.

Please note that you will not be able to change back to paper bills until February 15th.

Good morning, @MANNYBUR226. In order to receive a physical copy of your bill, you will need to make sure Paperless Billing is turned off. You can learn how to enable/disable this here: https://comca.st/3zgyOlq
