Didn't have service
I was receiving a text every day for about 9 days telling me that they were updating something in my neighborhood that my service would not be really any good. So during those days am I going to get refunded for the time that I didn't have the internet service? And also I've been trying to talk on chat to anyone about my new bill because it went up like 28 bucks for no reason but it's all done through the computer generated question and answers so I don't get anywhere with them but I'd like to know what it is from thank you

Make sure you are signed in here in the Xfinity Forum. Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon (square chat icon in the upper right corner of your screen next to the bell icon)
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
