Diamond Member (30 Years) - Requesting Plan Review & Loyalty Offer Alignment
Hello, I am a Diamond Tier member and have been a customer since March 5, 1996. I am looking to streamline my services, specifically regarding a move to the 2026 'All-In' Gigabit promotional rate, removing a secondary voice line, and ensuring my Diamond loyalty benefits (XB8 Gateway and Peacock Premium) are correctly applied to my account. I would like to work with an Official Xfinity Employee to review my options. Thank you!

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon in the top right corner
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
