Device Plan Payout Promotion Status

Does anyone know how to check on status of getting the Virtual Prepaid Card for the Device Plan Payout Promotion?  Calling Xfinity Mobile Care (888-936-4668) is about as useful having my toddler do my taxes.  I submitted it back in Dec and now it's been 4 months later and other than calling customer service I have no clue as to status.  So frustrating dealing with Xfinity customer service (... literally on phone with them now on hold and it's been over 33:06.

i put in my cable account but it doesn't show anything for status.  Very upsetting as I submitted it via the website as well as mailed in my bill showing the phone payout.   How do I get it fixed other than calling customer service (... still on hold ...52:22).

1/18/25 .  went into Xfinity Store by Comcast, 1808 Pioneer Pkway W., Springfield OR 97477.  They offered me $500 promotion if I trade in my phone, switched to Xfinity Wifi, and activated our two phone lines.  Because I still owed on my phone, I spoke to AT&T, the the Xfinity manager got on the phone with me and told AT&T that Xfinity would be sending $500 to AT&T for the switch (later I found that was not true, that I would get $500 mastercard to pay it).  The employees at the Xfinity store reassured me that once I get my bill and verified I owed, I would get the $500.

I finally received a copy of the AT&T bill 2/19/25.  I went into the Xfinity Store again Dave Thomas after having issues, submitted my bill online.  I have a text from him that didn’t go through to verify he was working with me.  It was submitted, but I cannot find the screenshot, but have the failed email text.

I waited and went into the store again 3/5/25 but they just gave me a phone # to call.  I called it on 3/5, 3/21, 3/30.  On March 30, the call resulted in the agent staying on the phone while I resubmitted my AT&T bill on the https://mobiletimetoswitch.xfinity.com website.  I have a screenshot that it was submitted (a second time).  Again 4/12/25

4/12/25 I am left in limbo on FB Instant Messenger 40 minutes ago.  They said they were going to send me a verification code, then ghosted me.

I called again Xfinity Customer Service again 4/12/25.  This time was given a Ticket # ECM0013184282, and promised I’d hear back within 14 days. 

I am very frustrated.  I have done everything I was asked to do.  Will it ever go through?
