Detailed bill review

Is there anyway to have a proper detail review or my bill properly escalated so over payment can be received back . My bill was set but some things have went bad with my bill, i called in but it seems theres no explanation, to why just the contract is no longer offered do they cannot fix it. I tried to go back down to unlimited and thats not “include” its s 25$ add on. Well i was told today that she will not add it on and they will keep my bill high.

user_svt29z Thanks for reaching out! It sounds like the promotion you were on has rolled off your account, and expired. It also sounds like you were on a promotion that included xFi Complete which is normally $25.00 per month.

Just became a customer, on a yearly contract, the information told to me was its no longer offered, that still doesnt explain a review on my bill. For over payments. I tried escalating my bill i was denied .

user_svt29z Thank you for the additional details. I can see the concern, and like to help you look into this further. To begin, can you please send a Direct Message with your name, and service address?

Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
