Delinquent payment

I received a call from a Steven [Edited: "Personal Information"], phone number [Edited: "Personal Information"]. I was scared to death when he said that Comcast was suing me for over $2,000! I didn't know I even owed that. The case number is D [Edited: "Personal Information"]. Please let me know if you'll be sending the police to come and arrest me. I plead for you to tell them not to put their sirens on. I was hoping we can work something out but I guess not.  Account no. [Edited: "Personal Information"].

Hello user_98l6gh Sory for any stress this situation has caused. But we would love to look at the account to see what is going on. We don't send police over a past due balance. But usually we don't call either outside of letting you know about the balance. Please send us a direct message with your full name and service address, and we can confirm what is going on and make sure this was actually our company contacting you.
To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
