Deleting Payment

I am needing to delete a previous payment method that was used on autopayment. I have tried several times today unselecting it and the new payment method, trying to delete it, and turning off auto payment, in general, to get it removed. Nothing is working and I have waited over 15 minutes each time. How can I get this payment method removed?

I recently had to delete an old card after it was replaced and it was super simple so I'm sorry it's giving you trouble! Are you trying to make changes with the site or the app?

@XfinityEmilyB​ I tried doing it on both, the site and app, and have had no luck.

@user_6d43bf Have you already included the information for the new payment method? If not, you will need to add the new one prior to deleting the old one. 

I no longer work for Comcast.
