Declining all my payments

Once again declining all my payment methods. This should result in a law suit. 10th time and none of my payments work. Account is off, have work to do. This is pathetic. I want to pay my bill.

For anyone who sees this in the future. I have money in all my accounts, tried 3 different cards, tried calling. THE ONLY XFINITY STORE AROUND ME IS 30 minutes INTO A VERY BAD CRIME RIDDEN AREA. I have to wake up on a Saturday with my newborn and drive to an xfinity store in a disgusting area. At this point I don’t even want service from this disgusting company. I smell a class action lawsuit coming for these guys in the future. This is across the board terrible service.

Same with us. This has been a problem for months. It says declined and have plenty of funds in my account.

@user_037ee0 I am sorry to hear of this issue. Are you using the app or trying to pay on the website? I suggest clearing cookies and cache and trying to use incognito window to make a payment.
