Deceptive pricing - Bait and switch INCREASED my bill

I was paying ~$173 per month, and saw I could upgrade my internet, it said my new bill would be $162.40 per month. 

Have an email with this exact figure. 

Then I see my new bill, $195 per month!

Spoke with someone on phone immediately about this increase, and they said to call back when bill hit, and now it has, and I'm getting an incredible run around!

I would not have made changes if it was going to increase my bill! 

Feel like that's basically illegal.

Hello user_sdmnuy thanks so much for taking the time to reach out here via our Xfinity Forums!  Was this a plan change done online, and  was that $195 the very next bill after the plan change?  The very next statements usually included prorated charges and credits, so this can be slightly higher or lower than the rate on the order approval form.
