Debt Collector

I have a debt collector contacting me about a balance for unreturned equipment however I returned the equipment two years ago. How do I resolve this. It was two years ago. No one seems to know how to help me whenever I call or chat.

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
