Debt at new address

Xfinty won't turn on my service because of a previous owners debt even though I just moved into this house they will do nothing to help me.

I am sad you are unable to get services turned on due to previous owners' debt. However, there is a quick option. You can always visit one of our awesome XFINITY stores and bring a copy of your lease and photo ID, and they can help. Here is a link https://www.xfinity.com/local/store-offers?q=Chicago%2C+IL%2C+USA  which will show you the location of a store closest to you. Please let us know if you have any other questions. We are here 24/7 just for you.
