debit cards not working for new account setup
Hi,
I tried two active valid cards and both created this error in a chrome browser. "Tokenization request is declined. Reason Code: 481 Reason Message: The order has been rejected by Decision Manager."
Rebooted then same issue. Then tried from an Android phone -- both active cards would not process.
I had made a Google service purchase minutes before trying to sign up for new Xfinity service so I know the card works. Tried three separate times with chat folks.
Am now 45 minutes into hold with 1-800-934-6489
No payments were even attempted to either bank that these cards are with.
I can compliment Xfinity on music that is not too bad for waiting 45 minutes on the line!
Hold music just stopped and no one is on the other end of the line 54m into the hold. Am I disconnected?

Guess ya'll had some credit card issues tonight... All good will try again Monday.
