Death - Service of Legal Documents for Estate/Probate

I am personal representative (executor) for an estate of a deceased Xfinity account holder. I have visited the Xfinity store and returned the equipment (box and remote), and they scanned in the death certificate.
I am required by law to serve a "Notice to Creditors" on Xfinity because the deceased owed Xfinity money. I have to prove to the court that I served this notice (by certified mail) on Xfinity.
I need the correct mailing address to do this. The 800 # AI and humans have no idea what I am asking for.
If Xfinity wants to be paid what they are owed, they need to file a claim with the Estate, and to do that they need to get this Notice to Creditors.
The only legal address I have come across is for formal disputes/arbitration, and that isn't what this is.
Please help. Thank you.
