Dear Xfinity Customer Relations,

I am requesting a formal escalation and review of my recent Xfinity Mobile transaction.

I switched my mobile service from T-Mobile to Xfinity based on a promotion I was offered that included a $400 discount on the phone and one free line for one year. I accepted the offer and completed the transaction based on those terms.

Michael [Edited: "Personal Information"] assisted me with the transaction at the Draper location. I also spoke with a supervisor/manager named Dexter at the same location.

After the transaction, I was informed that Xfinity would not honor the $400 discount. I attempted to resolve the issue directly, and when I was unable to get the promised promotion honored, I attempted to return the phone and reverse the transaction. However, my return was not accepted.

I was also told that there was no way for me to provide or submit feedback regarding my experience, which I found extremely concerning.

I no longer have all of the original paperwork from the transaction, but I am asking Xfinity to review its internal records, including the transaction history, account notes, promotion information, and any records associated with Michael [Edited: "Personal Information"] and Dexter at the Draper store.

I am requesting:

  1. A review of the $400 promotion that was offered to me.
  2. An explanation in writing for why the $400 discount is being denied.
  3. A review of why my attempt to return the phone was refused.
  4. A review of my experience with the employees involved.
  5. A written response from the appropriate escalation/customer relations team.

I switched providers and entered into this transaction based on the offer presented to me. I expect Xfinity to investigate this matter fairly and provide a reasonable resolution.

If Xfinity is unwilling to resolve this issue, I will pursue the appropriate consumer-protection and formal dispute-resolution channels and provide them with the details of my experience and the documentation available to me.

I would appreciate a written response rather than simply being told that nothing can be done.

Sincerely,
Baba [Edited: "Personal Information"]
