My bill just increased from $55.90 to $75.90 because my promotional discount decreased. I've been an Xfinity customer since 2020 and would like to stay, but $76 a month is more than I want to pay for internet. Can you check for any current promotions or lower-cost plans available for an existing customer that would bring my bill back closer to $55?

Concern moved here to the Billing help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

user_0zgvmd, Hi there! Thank you for being with Xfinity since 2020, and I completely understand wanting to keep your monthly costs closer to what you've been paying. We'd be happy to review your account and see what options may be available. Promotional pricing can change when discounts expire, but there may be new offers, speed tiers, or package options available for existing customers that could help lower your monthly rate. If you'd like, our team can take a closer look at your account and review any current promotions or cost-saving options available in your area. To further assist, would you mind sending us a direct message with your first/last name and full address by clicking the "direct message" icon on the upper right page of the forum page? Once you click on that, click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon. In the 'To:" line, input our shared handle "Xfinity Support" to send us a direct message and we'll be happy to review the account with you. While we can't guarantee a specific rate, we'll do our best to find the most cost-effective option that meets your needs and see if we can get your monthly bill closer to your target budget.
