Dates are wrong

I told comcast I was going into the hospital for back surgery on 5/15/2024. I told them I would probably be back 8/1/ 2024. I got out of the rehab in mid July. (Early) I turned on my tv my cable wasn't intermittent as well as owing for the time I was not home. It was already told to me it's not my fault and not to worry but my cable is still out as of 7/26/2024
