Data Overage
I have had this service since April of this year, in July I started getting notifications about going over my data, nothing changed in August but in September $100 was added to my bill, apparently there is some sort of data leak or something because my lifestyle hasn't changed at all since April yet now I'm going over on data every month. I was also not informed of the unlimited data option or I would have agreed to pay the extra. Now my bill is 170$ a month which is more than double the standard amount. They have you set up auto pay to get a small discount but then they can jack your bill up without informing you and just take the large payment without notification. This practice seems predatory. I like many others am struggling financially and can't really take another 100$ punch to the gut every month. Extremely dissatisfied.
