I've been trying to make a payment since last night. It either says that no account exists at this address or that my balance is zero and won't accept the payment. I got this through boost Mobile and both boost Mobile stores in my area are closed.

I can absolutely understand how frustrating that is, especially when you're getting conflicting messages about the account. Are you referring to Xfinity Prepaid Internet service?
