Customer support

The lack of resolution and minimal importance to their customer satisfaction will be the downfall of Xfinity. The customer service support agents are the worst Ive ever encountered. They do not resolve anything they tell you what you want to hear just to get you off the line and it's back to square 1. Contacting them multiple times just to have nothing done. Its been 6 months without a resolution haven't heard back and I am exhausted of having to keep contacting them
