How do you change your billing date when it wont load to come up. Having a hard time getting ahold of a real person. And the chat assistant keeps giving me the same response and link will not work. Keeps just saying reload

user_q8ynvs Great question! Are you trying to change your due date for one month or update your bill cycle so your bill prints and is due on a different date each month going forward?

Update bill cycle. It says 22nd. And I need it to be the 25th of every month if possible

user_q8ynvs Can you try changing this way: To update your Xfinity bill cycle, sign in to your account on xfinity.com, navigate to the "Billing" section, find "Bill Settings," and click on "Bill Due Date". From there, select a new date from the dropdown menu and follow the prompts to review and submit your change.
