customer service
I’m reviewing my monthly bill and my home internet charge of nearly $150/month seems far above your current advertised pricing. I’d like to understand exactly what I’m paying for and explore moving to your best current internet-only plan with the same or better performance. I see that I'm paying $124.00 for the Gigabit Extra, which seems very high; what are my other options? And i'm paying $25.00 for xFi Complete... I don't think I really need that, can you please explain what this is and how it benefits me? Thank you very much!

@user_0co1u3 Hello and thank you for taking the time to reach out to us here on our Xfinity Forums. The xFi Complete for $25 includes the $15 modem rental, advanced security for your wi-fi enables devices as well as unlimited data. I would be more than happy to help you in reviewing what promotional offers we have available for your account to see if we can help you to reduce the billing. Please send us a DM to Xfinity Support with your full name and address to get started.
