Customer service

Language barrier.  Philippine people doing customer service sometimes their phone service cuts in and out. You can’t hardly hear them and sometimes hard to understand them. I have nothing against their culture. It’s beautiful, but I live in America and when I have an issue, I would like to speak to an American. When I press 1 for English, I would like to speak to somebody fluent in English
