Customer service

I got the buy one get one deal I was supposed to get a free phone the gave me two phone charges me twice and didn’t give me credit for my trade in phone and now I also have a watch on my account and I don’t even have a watch and they keep telling me they doing investigation and they fix it but my bill is still the same and I still owed them for two phone
