Customer service
Hi
I am a 25 plus years customer. I almost cancelled today due to the horrific service I received.
I was placed on hold and the person never came back, lied to and hung up on. This all after I went around in circles to speak with a human.
I believe I deserve better service than this as I am a paying customer.
