Customer Service Ruined My Billing

Hello! I would like to fix a billing issue I am having after speaking with customer service over the phone. When I set up my modem and internet in August 2025, I spoke to someone on the phone, because I was having issues getting the modem set up. However, by helping me, the customer service rep changed my billing plan without my consent or knowledge. This has led me to pay $65 a month instead of the $50 a month that I signed up for. I have receipts and proof of all purchases/payments except for any notification documentation of the customer service rep changing my plan. I have reached out numerous times to customer service reps on the phone, and none have been able to guide me or correct the wrongs. Ideally, I would like compensation for the past months that I have been erroneously charged. Thank you.
