CUSTOMER SERVICE NOT HONORING PAYMENT ARRANGEMENT

I reached out to customer service on October 2nd after I paid a past due balance of 162.89 I had another balance of 1162.89 I'm on a medical leave from work the rep I spoke with told me I get charged 25 every time an automatic payment declines so I asked to set payment arrangement the app wasn't allowing me to do so because it said there wasn't a past due balance even though there was. I asked if they could also push that payment to the 2nd of November my kids are enrolled in an online charter school. They cannot miss school at all or they will be dropped from the school. The rep said he got approval from his Supervisor to push the payment for the past due balance to November 1.  A week later xfinity try to charge the automatic payment and my bill became 184.89. It is now 10/22/2026 the new bill has been generated and now I'm  being told if  I don't make a payment by the 27th my internet will be cut off ad there's nothing that can be done about it. I even asked the new rep if they can check the chat history and honor what the first one said his supervisor did I copy and pasted the chat history into the new chat I only get paid benefits 1 time month and not able to go back to work until November 10th. I am able to pay on the 2nd the 1st was fine because it was 1 day difference if that as I get  paid at midnight through my benefits and I can pay the rest my first week back at work as I get paid weekly. I also previously worked as a CSR at a call center for both xfinity and att at separate times. I know for a fact they are capable of honoring the promise made  but are now refusing too. PS when I first started services another rep disconnected everything the first week because I refused to get the free phone line that isn't compatible with the phone that I already have. Please help I need the school to not drop my kids from their program

@user_ovd78y Frontline representatives used to have the ability to set and modify those billing features but are not handled through the Xfinity Assistant. If your account does not currently qualify for a payment arrangement, you may be able to set up an installment plan after the account has been suspended to get the service restored.
