Customer Service Not Exist anymore?
Cannot reach anyone to speak with about a billing issue. Contacting your various customer service numbers, each leads my call to being disconnected.
New modem was installed by technician, he mistakenly did not take the old modem. Recently discovered extra charges on my account and contacted a local store; they said I'd be refunded once the equipment has been returned. Returned the equipment today and same store told me there would be no refund. This is unacceptable. Either I own a modem, or your equipment has been returned and so is my money, you cannot have both. And if you do, you lose another long time customer, which seems to be usual case seeing these forums. How can I reach someone to discuss this issue?
