Customer service LIES
I called customer services to complain about sudden billing increase. With their new automate system, which will not direct me to a live person but insisted me to use the chat session. The agent was nice on the chat and setup me up with a bundle of mobile + internet for total of $67 per month for both service. My wife told me, it sound fishy and hard to believe. Anyway, the whole deals is a LIES when I contact billing department to confirm the new contract. I was told different information than what was on the chat. Good things, I do have the whole chat session downloaded and snapshot of the conversation from customer service. Has anyone have similar issue like I have?
