Customer service keeps lying to me about adding unlimited data to my account
I have contacted the customer service department via chat multiple times. The first time was because I went over my bandwidth after switching plans and I told them I wanted to have unlimited bandwidth. The customer service rep told me he was adding it to my account, then confirmed that he did add it to my account. The second time was because I never saw the change in my account, and the bandwidth tool still kept telling me I was over my limit and that I had reached my limit of requests to waive the fee for going over my bandwidth. So I reached back out to customer service, and again they confirmed that they added Unlimited Data to my account. For a third time, I am seeing that I have gone over my limit. I am beyond frustrated with having to take time out of my evening to create this post. I just want my bill to reflect the services I requested.
