Customer service is nonexistent! 😡

I need help with a billing issue for the past few days, I go through the xfinity assistance like and everytime I try to chat with agent I get prompted with “I’m sorry, we’re experiencing longer than usual wait times. Please try chatting again later.” It’s getting pretty frustrating when I’m trying to get ahold of a agent every other week cause xfinity is tryjng to hit me with equipment i don’t have or one time fees they shouldn’t be adding. These last three months have been a chore dealing with xfinity and I’m about just cancel my service.

I definitely understand how upsetting it would be to try to correct billing and we are experts are resolving concerns such as yours. Please send us a DM to Xfinity Support with your full name and address to get started.

Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window   
Press Enter to send it
