Customer service Internet

Yesterday I spoke to a representative I knew I was gonna be late on my bill and ask him for a rearrangement of payment date. I told him by Friday I’ll have all due pass bills. He said that would be OK and change my arrangement date to Friday when I woke up this morning I noticed my account was suspended. I don’t know why he would tell me that and then lied to me. Kind of upsetting I need the Internet for my job
